Jeff Goodman, a Warrenville, IL native, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from Taylor University while involved in performing arts and four years playing football. After working with one of the largest investment management firms in the country, he realized an unfortunate gap in financial education for those preparing for retirement. Over the last decade he’s sought to help people uncover ways to potentially grow their assets while reducing risk. He believes it is not only what you make, but what you keep, that creates long term wealth. At McGuire Financial Solutions, he works behind the scenes, specializing in product positioning and analysis, working toward helping people worry less about money.
He is a husband to his lovely bride of over 10 years, a father of six, and part-time staff as Sports Ministry Coordinator at Grace Church of Dupage, where his family is heavily involved.

Jim is the Chief Compliance Officer for Wealthcare Capital Management, responsible for overseeing compliance within the organization and ensuring compliance with federal securities laws, SEC regulatory requirements, and firm policies and procedures. Jim is a highly accomplished financial service leader with over 20 years of experience in Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor Supervision, Compliance, Risk Management, and Operations.
Most recently, Jim was a senior member of one of the nation’s largest Independent Broker-Dealers and Registered Investment Advisors, responsible for the oversight of Supervision, Advertising Review, and Surveillance.
Jim received his MBA from the Pennsylvania State University and holds the series 6, 7, 24, 51, 53, 63 & 66 licenses.
Jim resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania, with his wife and three daughters.

Luke Kideckel has been an investment analyst at Wealthcare Capital Management since April 2023. He graduated in 2019 with a B.A. in Religious Studies from Temple University. At Temple, Luke focused on information science and tech, learning about software and computers, and then later turned his academic focus to philosophy and culture through the lens of religious studies.
After graduation, Luke discovered a passion for the finance industry. He pursued his new career, beginning with a role at Vanguard, where he acquired his SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses while furthering his passion for the industry. During his time there, he rose through the ranks to become a High Net Worth Retail Inheritance Specialist. Luke transitioned away from his role at Vanguard in early 2023 before joining Wealthcare.

Ken Kideckel is a portfolio manager at Wealthcare Capital Management, where he leads the investment teams’ manager research efforts. He was previously a principal at Sightline Investments, LLC, and worked at SunGuard, Lincoln Financial Group, and Willis Towers Watson. Ken began his career at Bear Stearns.
Ken has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University.

Joe Gairo joined Wealthcare in 2022, where he works to support the firm’s Advisor base as a member of the Investment Consulting Group. Additionally, Joe assists the lead Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment officer as part of the firm’s manager research efforts. Prior to joining Wealthcare, Joe began his career at SEI, where he worked for five years.
Joe graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a B.A. in Accounting. He has an active Series 65 license and recently passed the Level 1 CFA Exam.

Ron Madey serves as Wealthcare’s Chief Investment Officer. He is an industry veteran with extensive expertise in the advisory business, goals-driven investing, financial plan modeling, and the application of technology to deliver scalable, cost-effective, risk-managed solutions for advisors and their clients. Ron’s more than thirty years of experience include roles as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of Advisor Solutions for Wealthcare, Founder and Managing Member of SightLine Investments LLC, Chief Investment Officer for FolioDynamix, National Director of Investments for Lincoln Financial Advisors, and National Practice Leader for Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) Asset Consulting.
Ron has presented at conferences sponsored by the CFA Institute, the Institutional Investor Institute, the Investment Management Institute, the American Bankers Association, the Money Management Institute and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
A member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Philadelphia, Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with honors, in Finance and Real Estate and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on planning and strategy from Kent State University. Ron was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society recognizing business excellence.

Laura carries a background in accounting and business management and has over 25 years of industry experience. Laura’s attention to detail and gift for operations has allowed her to serve many businesses by developing, implementing, analyzing, and managing workflows and processes to help create business efficiency and productivity. Laura joined the team at McGuire Financial Solutions in 2004 and carries a unique combination of roles as Director of Client Services and Accounting Director. Laura spends as much time as possible with their family and especially their grandchildren. Tim and Laura have been active members of Our Lady of Grace for decades and participate in various ministries at the parish.

Tim has been in the financial services industry since 1982 and specializes in wealth management and comprehensive financial planning via a values-based approach helping clients identify, prioritize, and accomplish their main goals and aspirations. His motto: “Planning first – Solutions next”, serves his clients well.
Tim received a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Accounting from Robert Morris University. He was awarded the highly regarded Certified Financial Planner by the College of Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado and Certified Financial Educator through the Heartland Institute of Financial Education. Tim registered as an Investment Adviser before the Pennsylvania Securities and Banking Commission in 2004, and subsequently formed McGuire Financial Solutions.
In 2024, Tim partnered with Wealthcare Advisory Partners, LLC as an Investment Advisor Representative. This was done primarily to spend more time learning about his clients’ aspirations & concerns regarding their retirement, i.e., “Are taxes killing your financial freedom?” “Why are so many high-earners unprepared for retirement?”
Tim resides in Greensburg, PA with his wife Laura. They have three grown children and enjoy spending time with family and friends, church activities, golf and traveling.
